About Me

As a Doctor of Philosophy in exercise physiology, I’ve taught 8 different college courses including anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, neuromuscular physiology, and advanced sports nutrition at the University of Georgia and Florida State. I have received numerous scholarships based on my academic prowess to interpret science, earned the 1st place research award at the 2022 Fort Lauderdale ISSN conference for my ability to conduct and present science, and been nominated for teacher of the year for teaching science.

I’m truly passionate about the science of exercise as well as improving the health and happiness of other people. I leverage the complete body of scientific evidence, both on and off of PubMed, to help people maximize muscle growth and build their dream body.
